Registration

Registration will only be possible online via the following registration link. Please notice that the early registration deadline has been postponed until the 1st of June 2014. Late registration will end on the 31st of August 2014.

Your registration will only be valid after you paid the conference fee. Please pay within three weeks after your registration.
You can pay either with credit card or by bank transfer. Please follow the instructions provided in the webpage linked below.

The fee will include reception, abstract book, admission to sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference dinner.

Cancellation

Cancellation will be possible until the late registration deadline. Only written cancellations sent to the organization committee will be accepted.

After the registration deadline, no cancellations will be accepted. Still, upon written communication to the organization committee, replacement by a colleague may be accepted.
