Social events

All social events will be free of charge, but we kindly request the notification of your attendance during online registration.

Reception

The reception will be a get-together at the first evening of the conference (Tue 14th Oct) in the Marriott Hotel in Gent. Appetizers and drinks will be offered.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will take place on Thu 16th Oct in the NH Belfort Hotel in Gent. A welcome drink, a buffet and beverage will be offered.
